As the Condor Group is particularly interested in training and work safety, over the years 2005-06 it increased the investments set aside for these two sectors. It collaborated with the University of Cassino , Faculty of Engineering, and decided a sponsorship of ten grants and company training for young people going to get a degree; at the moment the holding is busy organizing courses for the erection of scaffolding in collaboration with Eses and the Cpt in Campania.

Course for the erection of scaffolding
The course for the erection of scaffolding was organized by the Condor Group in collaboration with the Board building school of Salerno, the Centre for the Training of the Master Builders of Caserta, Benevento, Naples, the Centre for Training and safety in building construction of the Territorial Joint Committee of the province of Naples, of the province of Avellino, the Territorial Joint Committee of Salerno, of the province of Caserta, and of Benevento, in virtue of the legislative decree 235/2003 which came into force on 19th July 2005. On the basis of the legislative decree, in fact, the scaffolding have to be put up, taken down or transformed under the supervision of a Master builder and by those workers who have got an appropriate training aimed at carrying out the operations envisaged for the erection of scaffolding. Each course, held in the region Campania, is addressed first to the building workers who want to train and specialize in assembling prefabricated scaffolding with tube, with joints and multidirectional and to Master builders. The courses last 28 hours divided as following: 14 hours theory and 14 hours practice, at the end of which the participants will have learnt about the operational techniques suitable for carrying out the activities of putting up, taking down and transformation of scaffolding in safe conditions. The Condor Group, leader in the national field in the production of scaffolding, supplied the necessary equipment to carry out the training course envisaged by the art. 36-quinquies of the legislative decree n.235/2003, and in particular: prefabricated frame scaffolding, with added tubes and joints, with prefabricated vertical mounting tubes and cross piece tubes, and warning signs, including all of the appropriate devices to carry out the activities of erecting, dismantling and transformation of the scaffolding in safe conditions, the teaching materials and the advertising.
